Refund and Cancellation Policy for Fairmont Royal Group Human Resource Consulting:
Refund Policy:

If a participant cancels their registration 7 days or more before the scheduled training/workshop/seminar, they are eligible for a credit or refund. The credit will be valid for up to 90 days from the date of cancellation.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations after participating in training, seminars or workshops.

Cancellations made within 24 hours before notice of the scheduled training/workshop/seminar will be eligible for a refund or credit less a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training session due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations.

In the event of cancellation by the Fairmont Royal Group, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Participants who do not cancel and do not attend the in-person workshop/training/seminar will be considered “no-shows” and will not be eligible for refunds. Participants who do not cancel or do not attend the online workshop/training/seminar will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.

We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation.
Online Training/Workshop/Seminar Specifics:

If technical issues prevent a participant from accessing the online training, alternative arrangements or a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Participants are responsible for ensuring their system/mobile has stable internet to attend our online sessions.
This policy is effective as of January 21st, 2024, and is subject to change without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the policy regularly.
